The All-Season SPA offers you:

• A heated pool, water temperature 27 °C, sized 11 m by 7 m, depth 1.5 m
• A toning, hot jacuzzi, water temperature 32-34 °C, with access to the warm outdoor pool
• A Roman steam room with steam temperature 45-50 °C
• A "Ukrainian" bathhouse at 70-120 °C, finished with Himalayan salt and a panoramic pool view
• A sensory path, a system of different showers with sound accompaniment and effects
• A "Waterfall" bucket
• Comfortable, soft loungers by the pool
• A lounge area with a café-bar

Discounted rate: active military personnel, upon presenting a document confirming their status, get 50% off admission.

Please note!

• The "Child" rate applies to children aged 6-11; children up to 5 years old inclusive enter free of charge. To avoid misunderstandings, please carry a document confirming the child's age
• A towel is included in the price; a bathrobe is available on request for an extra UAH 100
• Disposable slippers — UAH 50/pair

Dear guests! The SPA area has only 40 loungers, while around 100 guests relax there at the same time. Please be considerate and do not occupy loungers unnecessarily by leaving personal items, towels, or robes on them. Thank you for your understanding and respect for other guests.

Summer SPA

Three outdoor pools are available to you:

• Children's pool with a water slide (depth — 90 cm)
• Children's pool (depth — 30 cm)
• Adult pool (depth — 1.5 m)

Water temperature in the pools is 26-28 °C.

The SPA complex grounds also include a children's playground, a grill bar, a lounge area, and a restaurant (opening hours: 10:00-22:00 Mon-Thu, 10:00-23:00 Fri-Sun).

SPA center visiting rules

For a comfortable stay and to protect your health, we kindly ask you to follow the safety and conduct rules in the SPA complex.

Safety and conduct rules

While on the SPA complex grounds, for safety reasons please follow these rules:

• Take a shower before visiting the SPA complex
• While in the SPA area, make sure no foreign objects enter the pool or the drainage system
• During public opening hours, swimming in the pool is only allowed in swimwear: swim trunks for men, swimsuits for women, and swimwear for children of any age
• Please leave used towels and robes in the used-linen baskets when leaving the SPA complex
• Smoking on the complex grounds is only allowed in designated areas
• When visiting the restaurant on the SPA complex grounds, please change into regular clothes
• Children under 16 are admitted only accompanied by adults
• Adults accompanying children bear full responsibility for them
• One adult chaperone is required per 3 minors
• Entry without an adult is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your understanding!

Prohibited

• Moving umbrellas and loungers
• Running, jumping, or pushing, to avoid injury
• Standing or sitting on the pool's edge, or jumping from it
• Visiting the SPA center while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances
• Using glassware on the SPA center grounds
• Using soap or salt-based products in the pool and jacuzzi, or entering the water with cosmetic products on the body: cream, scrub, soap, etc.
• Bringing in or consuming food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks

Important information

Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused at the SPA center.

The Golden Lion SPA complex administration is not responsible for the loss of personal items that were not handed over to the SPA center's front-desk staff for safekeeping.

The administration is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

In case of a breach of the conduct or safety rules, guests must leave the SPA center grounds without compensation for the services already paid for.

Pool admission price

Special terms apply for military personnel visiting the summer SPA:

• Weekdays — UAH 300/person
• Weekends and holidays — UAH 400/person
• Evening swimming — UAH 200/person

Please note that the discount does not apply to bungalow rental or other special offers. A document confirming military status must be presented to receive the discount.

The tap water on the Golden Lion Hotel grounds is safe to drink! It comes from our own well, which passes through 7 stages of purification.

To book a lounger or bungalow online:

• Go to the website
• On the homepage, choose the desired booking date
• On the venue's interactive map, choose a free lounger or bungalow in the relevant area by clicking on your chosen spots
• Carefully check the number and location of your chosen loungers
• Choose your rate carefully before paying
• Click the "Buy ticket" button
• Fill in your contact information: full name, email address, phone number
• Pay by bank card

Important

• Loungers and bungalows are booked only after payment, confirmed by an electronic ticket sent to the email address you provided. The electronic ticket must be shown to the cashier to be checked and exchanged for an entry wristband
• Refunds are not issued for purchased and unused tickets; tickets cannot be exchanged or rescheduled
• At the cash desk, when receiving the wristband, a deposit of UAH 100 must be paid, which is refunded when leaving the SPA
• Guests wishing to swim in the jacuzzi must pay for admission to the All-Season SPA
• Guests staying on the SPA grounds have free admission, also via the All-Season SPA reception
• The reception is located on the first floor of the hotel
• In case of a breach of the visiting rules, we reserve the right to refuse to let you stay on our premises
